Part 2 — Activity Time!
Help each member of your family come up with five challenging but doable tasksFor example: Write and recite a poem, do 35 jumping jacks, make your bed, tidy up your room, help prepare breakfast, help set up the dinner table, etc
Write each task down on a piece of paper and place in a jar
Have each member of your family pull out 1-2 tasks each day to completeRemember to set a deadline (before lunch, after dinner, by the end of the day, etc.)
When each person completes all 5 of their tasks to a suitable level of excellence, they are presented with a medal!
The activity can be carried out over multiple consecutive days until all the tasks are completed. Remember to take a family photo when all members have received their medals!
